High Speed Thermal Processing

The effort and skill required to create the best possible flavours, appearance, textures and nitro features is totally wasted if the thermal processing required to sterilise the drinks destroys these essential elements of the highest quality RTDs.

We are unique in that we operate two high speed batch retorts and will shortly be commissioning our continuous retort using our patented thermal processing technology which enable sterilisation to a minimum F06 (after heating) in only 30 minutes (total processing time) compared to 90 minutes with existing technology systems.
